The cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably (1 Queen, 2 singles and 1 double pullout couch).  The rates below reflect maximum occupancy of 6 people however if you need additional space, the “bunkie” has 2 separate bedrooms, (2 singles per room). The “bunkie” is available for sleeping for an additional $50 per night based on a maximum of 4 additional people.

  • $2300 Per Week (6 Nights – allowing time for COVID19 Cleaning Requirements)
    • Sunday thru Saturday
    • Arrival 2:00 p.m. – Departure 11:00 a.m.
  • $500 Per Weekend (depending on availability)
    • Fri. to Sun. available
    • Additional Charge for Long Weekends
    • Arrival 2:00 p.m. – Departure 11:00 a.m.

Payment for Rental Period:

1/2 of total payment of the rent is due at the time of booking.  Please request a rental agreement if you are ready to book. Remainder is due 24 hrs before arrival date.

Security deposit:

An additional $700 security deposit is required.  Terms and conditions are included in the rental agreement that will be sent to you.

Cleaning fee:

We expect the cottage to be left the same way you found it. We will charge a cleaning fee from your security deposit if we are not satisfied with the condition it is left in.
